Stephanie is DMJPS PLLC’s Chief Engagement Officer. Stephanie focuses on DMJPS’ internal operational management, thereby championing a vast array of firm activities. She leads initiatives including recruitment, education and compliance, benefits structures, wellness programs, and policies. She creates strong relationships on behalf of DMJPS with universities, local organizations, and vendors. Stephanie has a caring and skillful approach working with a variety of personalities and brings a positive and professional distinctiveness that permeates DMJPS.
She holds a B.S. in Communication/Public Relations from Western Carolina University, where she was a student athlete. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys exercising at the YMCA, cooking, reading, being outdoors, and spending time with her family, especially at the lake.
